ZAP Accessories Ltd delivers exclusively to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery charges

• Orders below £30: Royal Mail First Class — £2.99.
• Orders of £30 or more: Royal Mail First Class — free.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched one working day after they are received. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays and delivery problems

If your order is late, missing, damaged in transit or marked delivered but not received, please email info@zapaccessories.com with your order number. We will investigate and help resolve the issue. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you need to change it, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
